You agree to use Dwellio for lawful purposes related to real estate transactions. Misuse, impersonation, or disruptive actions are prohibited.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Dwellio is not liable for unauthorized access.
3. Fees & Payments
Dwellio charges a flat per-listing fee for platform use. However, during our limited-time launch promotion, listings are free of charge.
We reserve the right to end or modify the promotion at any time. Once the promotional period ends, standard fees will apply and be clearly disclosed at checkout.
All payments are final. Refunds are only considered in rare cases (e.g. duplicate charges or technical errors) and are not guaranteed. Email dwelliosells@gmail.com to request a review.
4. No Agency Relationship
Dwellio is not a broker, agent, or fiduciary. We provide a listing and transaction facilitation platform only.
5. User-Generated Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of any property listings, commission offers, or incentives you post. Dwellio may remove any content that violates law or these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding listing success, buyer activity, or agent performance. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
7. Termination
Dwellio may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
8. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
